John Wagner Associates Inc. Board of Directors announced the completion of its restructuring plans resulting in JWA dba Grabber Construction Products now being a 100-percent employee owned company, giving it greater business focus and flexibility.

Grabber’s commitment to quality, service and to its customers will continue to be a company hallmark, the company said in a press release.

Officers appointed include Jack Kroll as president and CEO, Roland Snyder as CFO and secretary. Its vice presidents are Bill Reese, Mike Hamilton, Steve Fletcher, Todd Balestrieri and Larry Striegel.
