Insulate America Honors CertainTeed Insulation Again
For a second time in the past three years, Insulate America Inc. has honored CertainTeed with its Supplier of the Year Award for 2008. The award was given in recognition of manufacturer’s ongoing support of the organization.
“CertainTeed has remained true to its core values - manufacturing quality insulation products - while delivering the highest value to our members through exceptional customer service, marketing, sales and technical support,” said David Beam, president and CEO of Insulate America. “On behalf of all of our members and stockholders, we congratulate CertainTeed Insulation on this well deserved award.”
According to Beam, the criteria used to determine the winner included the vendor’s support for the Insulate America organization, educational opportunities provided to members, lead referrals and accessibility to all levels of the corporation.
“This is a great honor, and Insulate America is an outstanding partner that we look forward to working with for many years to come,” said Jeff Templeton, vice president and general manager for CertainTeed’s residential and commercial insulation business. “Our goal is to be world class in all phases of our operations. This Supplier of the Year award is demonstrative of our consistent, high level of achievement and marks the fourth year in a row that we’ve been recognized for those efforts by a major customer group.”
Insulate America is a cooperative group of independent insulation contractors for residential and commercial construction. As an independent insulation contracting organization based in the U.S., it has nearly 200 locations and more than 6,000 employees.
