For
the past 12 months, the readers of Walls & Ceilings have told us what
products and literature were of interest to them by filling out the reader
action cards. Tallied from hundreds of entries, the following have appeared in
the Product Focus and Toolbox departments. In no particular order, here’s what
you told us you found of interest.
Sill-Rite
These
prefabricated and finished sills are designed to help protect the window sill
area from damage caused by moisture, condensation and leaks. The
low-maintenance Sill-Rite PVC sill resists water, mold, stains and warping.
Each sill is pre-finished on all exposed edges and requires no priming or
painting. The white sills, which wrap around the sides of the window instead of
being butt cut, can be painted and are available in two profiles; traditional
and contemporary. The sills are made of non-organic materials and can be
ordered in custom lengths.
