Knauf Insulation

All Knauf mechanical insulation products, including Friendly-Feel Duct Wrap, Eclipse Duct Board, Duct Board M, Sonic XP Duct Liner and Rigid Plenum Liner have now been converted to Ecose Technology, as well as its pipe and equipment insulation products. This technology improves the environmental credentials of fiberglass insulation by delivering environmental sustainability and reducing embodied energy. This technology helps reduce the binder-embodied energy by up to 70 percent as compared to previous products; and reduces the expected Global Warming Potential and total embodied energy of products by approximately 4 percent.
