ICF Solutions Inc. announced it has completed the acquisition of Colorado-based Greenblock Worldwide Corp., a privately held insulated form manufacturing, sales and marketing company.

ICF Solutions will relocate Greenblock’s corporate functions to its headquarters in Stuart, Fla., while maintaining a production/fulfillment office in the Colorado Springs area. The company will also begin executing an aggressive sales and marketing plan geared at converting builders and contractors from conventional framing to ICF technology.

“Greenblock’s market recognition, product diversification and manufacturing partners combined with Insulated Concrete Walls Inc., a sister company within ICF Solutions, forms a strong business model for manufacturing, selling, furnishing and installing ICFs,” said Jeff Alexander, vice president and COO.

Insulated Concrete Walls provides installation services for Greenblock and other ICF manufacturers in key high volume building markets.
