The company recently announced its Textured Acrylic Finishes option for non-EIFS assemblies. The company also released a four-page brochure that details how design and construction professionals can apply the myriad Dryvit finishes to numerous non-EIFS assemblies, including insulated concrete forms, cement plaster (stucco), concrete masonry units, tilt-up/precast concrete, exterior cement board and unglazed brick. TAFS include a broad spectrum of high-performance finishes. Premium finishes like Custom Brick, Lymestone, TerraNeo and Tuscan Glaze are available, as well as traditional favorites like Ameristone, Sandpebble, Stone Mist and new finishes, such as Metallic Demandit. The TAFS can be applied in one of two ways: With a tinted primer and textured acrylic finish used over a rigid, highly impact-resistant wall or with a basecoat with embedded reinforcing mesh, tinted primer and textured acrylic finish. TAFS carry a 10-year limited materials warranty.
