Assemble Systems, the leading provider of Model-Data Management solutions for the construction industry, today announced that its customer, Hoar Construction, has won a 2015 Constructech Vision Award for their work on the Brock School of Business at Samford University.  The Constructech Vision Awards honor construction companies that have realized the advantages of where construction and technology converge and how they can successfully apply it to their everyday businesses.

Hoar Construction accepted the gold award at the Constructech Vision Awards ceremony following the Technology Day Conference on August 27, 2015 in Schaumburg, Ill.

“We are honored to receive the Constructech Vision Award for our work on Brock School of Business,” said Aaron Wright, integrated construction director, Hoar Construction. “Assemble Systems was instrumental in the successful completion of this project. With the use of Assemble, we were able to work in a highly collaborative environment with the design team to bring their vision to life and deliver the end result on budget.”

Leveraging Assemble, Hoar Construction was able to:

  • Better respond to clients’ changes by checking quantities and tracking design iterations.
  • Improve estimating and preconstruction processes through the implementation of a true model-based approach drawing on building information modeling technology.
  • Monitor the constructability of their clients’ building throughout the design process.

“We are proud of our relationship with Hoar Construction and thrilled for their continued excellence in the construction industry.” said Howard Davis, CEO, Assemble Systems. “As an industry leader and innovator, Assemble Systems is focused on the success of our customers and developing lasting relationships with our client base.”
