Gypsum Management and Supply reveals the release of its new Customer Cloud portal. Loaded with a multitude of features that deliver real-time results, the new portal is aimed to assist contractors on the move.
 
Michelle Leader, director of marketing at GMS, explained the importance of the new portal, “Excellent customer service is our number one priority. We know the less time our partners spend ordering and following up paperwork, the more time they can spend focusing on their business.”
 
The Customer Cloud offers next generation technology that allows contractors to access real-time data and make real-time business decisions. Through the portal, contractors can place an order 24/7, view real-time inventory at a yard, track their orders, check their payment and order history, request a quote and even create custom shopping lists from frequently used materials to help expedite their orders.
 
The new portal focuses on convenience, and it is only fitting that it can be accessed both in the office and on the go. Now contractors can manage so many of their daily tasks from their choice of a computer, phone or tablet—which gives them plenty of time to focus on their business. 
 
Leader believes, if utilized correctly, the new portal could be a great competitive advantage for all of the GMS customers who put the portal into action. Leader stated, “The Customer Cloud allows our partners to save valuable time in the field and around the clock.”
