Master Wall Inc. is pleased to announce the availability of Rollershield VB, the vapor barrier version of our Rollershield. Like Rollershield RS, this product can be roll or spray applied. To achieve the Class 1 perm rating of 0.07 perms, Rollershield VB must be applied in two coats of 15 mils wet (10 dry).
Use vapor barriers with caution as vapor barriers stop the flow of moist air on both sides of the wall assembly. Designers need to make sure the proper calculations have been performed.
