Become a Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist (CAPS)
The BIASC Remodelers Council is proud to offer NAHB Educational Courses that provide opportunities for professional growth on a personal, and company-wide level. With such a rapidly expanding active adult housing market, the need for construction professionals capable of building, renovating and retrofitting to the stringent codes and requirements required on all such projects is greater than ever before.
BIASC’s Remodelers Council is now offering courses for becoming a Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist (CAPS). Participants must complete the CAPS I & II courses and the Business Management for Building Professionals course to earn their official CAPS certification.
