EverGreene Architectural Arts has acquired heritage preservation firm Conservation Solutions Inc.

Based in the Metro Washington DC area, CSI is a national leader in conservation services to public and private owners of cultural heritage property since 1999.

CSI’s services and expertise in the field of conservation directly complement EverGreene’s leading position as the nation’s largest specialty contractor in architectural arts. The combined organization creates a  conservation practice, which has the power to provide our clients with the consistent excellence in conservation they deserve, and the advancement of the conservation field as a whole.

Through this acquisition, CSI will cease to exist as an independent company. EverGreene’s combined conservation practice will from now on be known as Conservation Solutions. CSI’s Mark Rabinowitz and Joe Sembrat will lead the firm’s conservation practice, both holding the titles of Vice President, Conservation Services / Principal Conservator and will also join EverGreene’s Management Team. EverGreene’s Founder Jeff Greene will continue to serve in his role as Chairman of the company and Alan Weiner will remain in his position as the firm’s President.

The acquisition of CSI by EverGreene will not cause or require any immediate changes on current projects for EverGreene clients, nor will it lead to any immediate changes in work and projects under hand for our partners and vendors.
