Ware Malcomb announced Aug. 15 that Lilia Ortiz de Montellano Valdez has joined the firm as regional manager in its Monterrey, Mexico, office. In this role, she will work closely with the firm’s regional leaders to lead the growth and diversification of the office.

Bob Gender, Region Manager at Western Specialty Contractors, will retire on Dec. 31 after 37 years with the company.
