Beacon announced on Nov. 2 that it has opened greenfield locations in Indianapolis and Burnsville, Minnesota. The branches expand Beacon OTC network service in the Indianapolis and Minneapolis-St Paul markets.
Beacon (the “Company”) announced the execution of a definitive agreement to sell its interior products business, consisting of 81 branch locations where it distributes construction products including wallboard, acoustical ceilings, steel framing and insulation to both residential and commercial contractors (“Interior Products” or “Interiors”), to affiliates of American Securities LLC, a leading U.S. private equity firm.
At the heart of the South Market District in New Orleans is The Beacon, a seven-story, 172,000-sq.-ft. loft-inspired apartment building that makes a major contribution to New Orleans’ evolving urban fabric.
