Huntsman Corporation announces its agreement to acquire Icynene-Lapolla, a North American manufacturer and distributor of spray polyurethane foam (SPF) insulation systems for residential and commercial applications, from an affiliate of FFL Partners, LLC.

Icynene-Lapolla, the global supplier and manufacturer of high performance, energy efficient building envelope solutions, announced it has introduced its Icynene Pinnacle Program, an enhanced version of its legacy Gold Circle Program.

Icynene-Lapolla announced it has named Doug Kramer its Chief Executive Officer. Kramer will also retain the title of President.
