Structa Wire Corp. and Dietrich Industries have formed a
co-operation to provide the full line of Structa Wire products combined with
the supply services of Dietrich, on a LTL basis within the state of Texas.
Structa Wire inventories will be maintained in the Dietrich
facilities in both Hutchins and Baytown
and products will be available for shipments together. The weights of both
product lines will be combined to achieve greater shipping efficiency and
reduce costs.
Sales and marketing activities will remain unchanged and
will be provided by Robert Gleason in liaison with Frank Arnold and the sales
desk of Structa Wire Corp. Inventory control and shipping arrangements will be
conducted by the Dietrich staff at the Hutchins and Baytown locations.
