The
Portland Cement Association Board of Directors elected Enrique Escalante as
chairman during the association’s Fall board meeting in Dallas. He will serve a
two-year term as PCA chairman, succeeding Charlie Sunderland of Ash Grove
Cement Co.
Brian Turmail has joined AGC as senior director of public affairs. Turmail, who was most recently Director of Communications at the U.S. Department of Transportation, will be working directly with the media to provide information on the construction industry, including AGC’s legislative and regulatory positions and up-to-the-minute economic data.
