Parex USA Announces BIM Details

USA Inc. now provides building information modeling details for its EIF systems.
Having BIM details for the company’s EIFS will make it easier for architects and designers to specify the systems, providing them with numerous tools. Parex BIM details, DWG, DXF and PDF files, product data sheets, brochures, and links to LEED information can be found on the Parex and Autodesk Web sites.
“The addition of these BIM models will help generate a new way of looking at the Parex details,” said Kevin Schroeder, technical services representative with the company. “It is another way that we have improved our services to our customers.”
The BIM details include options for CMU or metal studs, WaterMaster with Weatherseal, and Standard EIFS. Each system will allow the user to define the assembly products including the choice of finish coat with all Parex colors and textures.
