The class will hosted be at Quikspray’s facility for one week, starting on September 15th, 2014, presented by Richard Winget.  The class is open to the first 10-12 contractors/artisans that apply. The object of the class is to produce water features with falling water and also static "rocks."

Topics will be:  Project foundation, frame/arbor or metal cage work, shooting base crete and also finish spray to include carving, texturing, coloring, proper water fall, sump drains and lines, water supply volumes and pressures, proper tools and everything it takes to create a beautiful water feature.

Winget is the founder of Authentic Environments, a firm that specializes in custom and themed artificial rock designs and installations from a base in Huntington Beach, Calif. Winget developed his skills in artificial rock design and installation through years of working on Southern California’s major theme parks and established Authentic Environments in 1994 to translate that knowledge to mainline residential and commercial projects.
