Kemper System America, Inc. added three new members to its New York metro area team to bolster service in New York City, the epicenter of the company’s success in architectural water and weatherproofing solutions in the U.S. Jae Horbacz was named architectural representative; Jeremy Naves, contractor representative and Avi Siwlal, account executive.
“Our roots are in New York City, and our products have stood the test of time on major landmarks from Madison Square Garden and the Empire State Building to the New World Trade Center,” said Richard Doornink, President and Managing Director of Kemper System America, Inc. “We are now adding talent across key functions to help customers address challenges across the building envelope with our expanded product portfolio.”
The company acquired STS Coatings in December 2016, and Kemper System products now include: “GreatSeal construction sealants, low-cost elastomer-based Roof Guardian coatings ideal for Cool Roofs, plus one of the best values for weather protection -- our high-performance liquid-applied Wall Guardian air barrier,” said Doornink.
Architectural Representative Jae Horbacz will conduct seminars to educate architects and contractors about critical points in building envelope construction and the importance of vapor and water barrier systems. She is a LEED-certified architect with more than 30 years of experience, focusing on solutions for the exterior building envelope and façade construction.
Contractor Representative Jeremy Naves will serve as the company’s liaison with contractors throughout the construction process from bidding to project completion.
Account Executive Avi Siwlal is responsible for business development throughout New York City.
