Keynote Session: Four Critical Decisions

With his work, Kenn has met and worked with some of the most successful people in every walk of life. This has been an unexpected education. Working with and around these leaders, he noticed some common threads. It wasn’t talent or ability or even opportunity that generated their achievements. In conversations, he would ask simple questions, and the answers from these amazing people were stunning. They always had a story and a simple commonality: they not only found success in their profession but an uncommon balance in life and overcoming everyday challenges. He also noticed two wonderful things. These successful people made decisions that the average person simply does not make, decisions which fell into four basic categories. Further, when applied, these decisions work every time!

FCIA collaborated with FM & UL to develop and supports - both the FM 4991 Approved and the UL-ULC Qualified Firestop Contractor Programs that result in an accredited Firestop Contractor Company. FCIA also collaborated with IAS to build the firestopping section in the IAS AC 291 Accreditation Criteria specifically for Firestop Inspection Agency Companies. This session will look at program updates and initiatives for each.
