RKTB Architects, P.C., has announced the promotions of two key design staff members, the most recent move in the firm’s commitment to advancing architecture, city life and social equity. 

At a Sept. 17 press conference, Detroit City Council President Pro Tem Mary Sheffield proposed a measure that would require all city-funded demolition and construction work to be performed by at least 51% city residents, the Detroit Free Press reported.
