June 24-27, Moscone Center, San Francisco

Registration is now open for PCBC, the largest West Coast builders’ tradeshow, which will be held June 24-27 at the Moscone Center in San Francisco. This year, 25,000 people are expected to attend. The trade show will feature more than 60 educational programs and products and services from more than 600 companies occupying more than 230,000 net square feet of exhibit space.

This year’s theme will be “Power. Forward. Sustain,” which focuses on helping homebuilders succeed in a challenging marketplace and being prepared to capitalize when the market makes an upswing.

“The housing market has shifted and homebuilders are surrounded by more profound and complex challenges than ever before,” said Kent Aden, this year’s PCBC chair and a leading San Diego developer. “In response to the market, PCBC is emphasizing educational programming that informs builders about innovations and smart solutions. Our desire is for attendees to gain an edge in today’s shifting market and be in a strong position as the market stabilizes and starts to rebound.”

In addition to a huge variety of building industry displays and exhibits covering all three halls at the Moscone Center, the show will also present a dramatic lineup of practical, business-oriented keynote speakers, including Carly Fiorina, former CEO, president and chair of Hewlett-Packard, who will be the opening keynote speaker. Fiorina will share insights from her tenure at the top of a major company during a troubled economy and describe how she set the course for a company rebound.
