ArmourCast Sculptural seamless contoured wall surfaces with impactful designs and cast relief. Each signature design is created from cast glass-fiber reinforced gypsum panels, CAD generated to enable a continuous pattern or unique decorative effect. Made from a composition of high purity gypsum plaster, limestone and acrylic polymer, the panels are entirely mineral and are non-toxic, containing no VOCs or formaldehyde, and are completely non-combustible, according to the manufacturer. The panels are extremely dense and hard with a smooth ceramic-like surface.
