The MFM Seal & Coat EiFS Tape is a self-adhering membrane composed of a polyester fabric laminated to a rubberized asphalt adhesive. The fabric strengthens the material while providing a surface which bonds with most exterior coatings to provide a waterproof, self-sealing layer. The product is designed to be used as a waterproof tape around windows and doors, taping panel seams and other openings. The rubberized adhesive self-seals around common fasteners and is intended to be covered by stucco, a coating, or by siding and trim. The product will aggressively adhere to most clean, dry surfaces including masonry, concrete, housewrap, foam insulation board, ICFs, plywood, OSB, rigid vinyl, aluminum and other common construction materials. The tape has a thickness of 30-mils and can be applied in temperatures from 40 to 110 degrees Fahrenheit. This white polyester fabric surfaced membrane is available in roll widths of 4, 6 and 9 foot by 100 foot lengths. The product comes with a five-year limited warranty.
