Hyphen Solutions Establishes Customer Success Team

Hyphen Solutions, a construction management software company, with over 12,000 companies subscribing to its comprehensive Builder and Supply Chain platform, announced the establishment of its Customer Success team.

A first of its kind in the home building industry, the Hyphen Customer Success team represents a stellar leap in customer service and helps clients achieve their desired outcomes and gain the greatest value through interactions with the company and its family of products. The team will be responsible for customer engagement, tracking customer success metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs), while monitoring product usage. They will also collect, organize, and manage user data to learn how to best serve Hyphen's customer base. With increased visibility into customer data and product usage, Hyphen will identify user behavior and data trends to provide valuable education and updates.
Unique Program

Technology for Maximum Productivity
The new Customer Success team will be led by Jake Mirelez as part of the newly created role of Vice President of Customer Success. Mirelez was previously Hyphen's Director of Professional Services, where he was responsible for the successful delivery of all Hyphen applications.
Hyphen continues to build upon its leadership in the homebuilding supply chain management technology space by improving products with new features and applications. Hyphen Solutions unique web-based platform enables its customers to improve collaboration throughout the entire home building supply chain.
