Registration opens Monday, Nov. 20, for STAFDA’s highly anticipated Excellence in Distribution program. Managed by the Specialty Tools & Fasteners Distributors Association, the three-day management school is designed specifically for professionals in the construction/industrial distribution and the supply chain industries.

Members of the Specialty Tools & Fasteners Distributors Association were energized as they came together for the association’s 47th Annual Convention & Trade Show on Nov. 5-7. With nearly 2,700 attendees, STAFDA’s San Antonio event unrolled several new initiatives during the three-day program, enhancing the already productive agenda.

The Specialty Tools & Fasteners Distributors Association has launched the Excellence in Distribution program’s official website, ExcelinDist.org. Excellence in Distribution is an intense 2.5-day program to be held at the Hilton in Nashville, Tennessee, on March 12-14, 2024.

STAFDA announced Russell Kohl, president and CEO of Diablo/Freud Tools in Atlanta, will deliver the Associate State of the Industry address during its general session on Monday, Nov. 6.

STAFDA has hired Kat Davies as social media and communications coordinator.

For the past 23 years, STAFDA has been a co-sponsoring association of the University of Innovative Distribution held each March in Indianapolis. It’s a four-day management school for professionals in distribution and the supply chain.

The STAFDA Convention is a unique opportunity for members to receive outstanding educational experiences from the industry’s best speakers. Attendees customize their agenda to best meet their career needs — and it’s all included in the registration fee.

STAFDA will be holding its first-ever “Women in Distribution” Luncheon on Sunday, Nov. 5 from noon to 1:30 p.m. during its Annual Convention & Trade Show, which is Nov. 5-7 in San Antonio, Texas.
