AD associates from the U.S., Canada and Mexico participated in a giving back event on March 9 supporting Share Food Program and Sharing Excess, two Philadelphia-area nonprofit organizations providing fresh food and nonperishable items to the local community experiencing food insecurity.
AD announced on Feb. 17 the launch of the Center for Independent Distributor Leadership, a development program designed to prepare the current and future leaders of independent distribution with the competencies and experiences to build long-term, sustainable success for their companies.
AD is reporting record results for 2022 in owner/member sales, member purchases from AD suppliers, AD warehouse sales to AD members, net distributions to members and operational efficiency.
The 2022 AD eCommerce & Marketing Summit brought together digital and marketing leaders from AD owner/members, supplier partners and eCommerce partners from Dec. 5-7. Over 470 attendees gathered in San Diego for a week of panel discussions, roundtables, networking and collaboration opportunities.
AD associates participated in a giving back event on Oct. 5 supporting Ryan’s Case for Smiles, a volunteer organization dedicated to helping children and their families manage the stress and emotional impact of illness.
AD members gathered at the 2022 AD Finance, HR & IT Summit from June 6-8 at the Hyatt Regency Phoenix hotel to attend educational sessions and share best practices with fellow finance, HR and IT leaders in independent distribution. AD welcomed over 200 attendees from 110 companies across all AD industries in the U.S. and Canada to the summit.
AD’s newly elected director is Karla Neupert Hockley, president of Consolidated Supply Co. Tim Horsman, president & CEO of E.B. Horsman & Son was reelected by AD’s member-owners.
