Collaboration unlocks development of innovative materials to address industry challenges

On May 11, USG Corporation formalized a strategic partnership with Canvas, a construction robotics company, to collectively innovate and address longstanding drywall industry challenges. With an eye on customer-centric innovation, the partnership leverages USG’s advanced building materials expertise and Canvas’ expertise in smart construction robotics.
USG Corp. announced that the Science-Based Targets initiative approved its 2030 emission reduction targets. USG is one of just a few companies in the U.S. building product sector that has signed onto SBTi, and the approval is a significant step toward the company’s commitment to building a sustainable future.
