In the Northwest, There Are Only Winners

Announced in May at Loews Ventana Canyon Resort, in Tucson, Ariz., the Northwest Wall and Ceiling Bureau named those member contractors that excelled in all forms of construction. The following winners for the 2003 Outstanding Project of the Year Awards were chosen for excellence in design, innovation and craft.
