La Habra Products Inc. announced in April an exclusive licensing agreement with TXI Operations LP for the Lone Star Stucco product line. The companies have also entered into a manufacturing contract for TXI to blend and package the Lone Star Stucco products, along with other La Habra stucco products, at the TXI plant in Cresson, Texas, for distribution in the Southwest.
La Habra Products Inc. is a subsidiary of Materis US Mortars. In April 2002, Materis US Mortars acquired El Rey Stucco Inc.
