NQA Awards ISO Certification to Dryvit Headquarters
Dryvit has announced that National Quality Assurance has
completed a final audit of its West
Warwick, R.I.
headquarters and has awarded the EIFS manufacturer ISO 14001:2004
certification. With this certification, all five North American Dryvit
facilities have now achieved this recognition.
“This achievement meets our goal of having all of our North American facilities, ISO 14001:2004 certified,” said Tony Stall, Dryvit’s vice president of marketing and sustainability. “Through the dedication and hard work of our employees, we were able to reach this goal ahead of schedule, and we thank them for that significant contribution.”
ISO 14001:2004 is the environmental management standard of the International Organization for Standardization. The goal of this standard is to minimize the impact on the environment by manufacturing operations through compliance with strict guidelines. Certification is also a full-time commitment to environmental stewardship and requires a commitment from staff to maintain.
