Swett & Crawford has expanded its Specialty Stucco Insurance Strategy with a new product that provides stand alone completed operations coverage to general contractors who subcontract EIFS work. The protection is underwritten by a highly regarded A-rated carrier and is offered on an ISO occurrence form.

Michael Lassig, who spearheads SSIS from the Swett & Crawford office in Atlanta, explained the program’s benefit: “It will help the EIFS industry clear another insurance hurdle because it plugs a hole in the General Contractors insurance program without disturbing their otherwise standard all-lines program.”
