Bryan Gillette has been named HR vice president for Topcon America Corporation with responsibilities for Topcon Positioning Systems headquartered in California and Topcon Medical Services, headquartered in New Jersey.

Saint-Gobain Performance Plastics has appointed Adam Burnett to the position of business development manager, Acoustics for the company’s innovative Green Glue Noiseproofing technologies.
