FBM Acquires Sices Material Products of Indiana
On June 1, Foundation Building Materials completed the successful acquisition of Sices Material Products Inc. in Gary, Indiana.
The Sices Material Products business was started in 1948 and has been a consistent supplier of building materials to contractors in Gary for the past 75 years. The company distributes drywall, steel framing, ceiling systems, lumber and general building products.
This new FBM Branch will be part of the Great Lakes Region #905.
