The U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs announced the publication of the latest Corporate Scheduling Announcement List. The CSAL is a list of 250 federal contractors, federally assisted contractors and federally assisted subcontractors that have been selected for a compliance evaluation, which the OFCCP may begin scheduling immediately. Federal contractors and subcontractors should review the list to determine whether they are likely to be subject to an OFCCP compliance review. The compliance review starts once an establishment receives a scheduling letter from OFCCP.

OFCCP notes that it encourages contractors selected for a compliance review to take advantage of its compliance assistance offerings and to contact their local field and regional offices for technical assistance as they prepare for the evaluation. OFCCP also offers virtual compliance assistance events, a list of which can be found here. OFCCP has also published a list of FAQs on the compliance review process here.
