Telling Industries had an exciting year in 2024, as the company celebrated 20 years in operation! Telling also opened a new plant in the fourth quarter of 2024 in Plant City, Florida. 30EQD Slotted Track

The product was launched in January 2024.

The Supreme Group and Telling launched the industry’s first EQ version of slotted track, complete with IAMPO accreditation. The companies utilized engineered material with comparative performance to traditional slotted track, while using less metal to decrease cost and product weight but maintain great performance.

Telling Backing Clip

The product was launched in May 2024.

TBKC products are a cost-effective and labor-saving solution to creating superior backing support for wall shelving, cabinetry, heavy wall hangings and other equipment.

Installation is simplified by using two screws to attach the clip to the stud flange, with two or three screws attached to the wood blocking.

The product is designed to mate with all stud flanges up to 3 inches. Metal tabs support 2-inch x 6-inch structure-grade lumber (No. 1 or better), as required by codes or specifications. Telling was proud to add this backing clip to its premium metal-framing accessories.

Knee Wall

The product was launched in September 2024 with patent-pending design.

Telling’s “T-Knee” Bracket features a single stud per base plate, with a higher allowable load and a heavier gauge than competing products.

The Knee-Wall Support Bracket Assembly is an engineered system comprised of a 1/2-inch steel base plate welded to a 14-gauge structural stud.

• The knee-wall stud and base plate are loaded perpendicular to the leg.
• The knee-wall stud is 300S162-68 14-gauge material. Competing products utilize 12-gauge material.
• The base plate is 8 inches x 3 3/8 inches and 1/2-inch thick with a groove for the stud.
• The product only needs one knee-wall stud per support stud and base plate. Competing products utilize two studs per support bracket.
