Armstrong World Industries has expanded its CastWorks Walls to include six Glass-Fiber Reinforced Gypsum designer wall profiles selected to inspire elevated interiors. Incorporating the look of timeless textures, Armstrong CastWorks Walls Designer Panels offer modular, scalable, ready-to-paint panels to provide a clean, seamless visual that elevates a space’s interest and elegance. Part of the Armstrong Architectural Specialties portfolio, the panels are available as a quoted option and include an opportunity for customization.

Through the thoughtful use of repeatable profiles, these solutions allow architects and designers to achieve sophisticated aesthetics across an extensive array of projects. CastWorks Walls Designer Panels are available in six high-end profiles: Arches, Channels, Chevrons, Contours, Flutes, and Grooves. Perforated acoustical options are also available to support sound absorption. The panels are an ideal interior application for compound curves, angled walls, and unique dimensional or perforated designs.

“Armstong expanded our custom options with these six new designer wall profiles to encourage architects and designers to fully embrace the amazing canvas that walls offer—and to empower them to customize with confidence,” said Kevin Schulz, Product Manager, Architectural Specialties, at Armstrong. “We developed these panels to meet designers where they are today—facing increased demand to elevate interiors with one-of-a-kind environments created on tight project timelines. CastWorks Walls Designer Panels deliver the flexibility to create distinctive visuals that fit meticulously into any given space without complicated installation.”

The six new designer profiles are easy to specify, can be scaled to fit the project space, and offer the flexibility of horizontal or vertical orientation. The panels come unfinished paint-grade GRG/GFRG ready, allowing for field finishing to the desired color. Perforated options installed with FeltWorks® Acoustical Panels can achieve up to 0.65 NRC. The panels, weighing only 3 to 6 pounds per square foot, can be installed with drywall screws and feature four different design specification seams to ensure easy, accurate installation. CastWorks Walls also carry a Class A ASTM E84 Fire Performance rating.

The new quoted panel designs are available through ASQuote@armstrong.com. For more information on Armstrong CastWorks Walls, visit armstrongceilings.com. If help is needed an Armstrong TechLine expert can be reached at armstrongceilings.com/techline.
