Aether has launched a mobile-first measurement reporting platform aimed at contractors working on building exteriors, including siding and related envelope scopes. Available on iOS and Android under the Aether Reports app, the platform includes Roof Measurement Reports and Full-House 3D Measurement Reports.

Full-House 3D Measurement Reports are designed to capture a home’s exterior geometry for multi-trade use. Contractors can walk around the building and take roughly 10 photos or record a short video on a smartphone. Aether processes the imagery to reconstruct the full exterior and delivers a detailed 3D model within about 45 minutes, with quality assurance review before delivery.

Roof Measurement Reports provide job-ready roof measurements generated from aerial imagery and reviewed by quality assurance teams. Reports include roof geometry, square footage, pitch and structural details, with stated accuracy within 1–3 percent of real-world measurements. Users can preview an initial 3D roof model within about 30 seconds of ordering, while the finalized report follows after review.

Aether says the reports are intended to support faster estimating and material planning for exterior work, including siding, gutters, and related scopes, using phone-based capture while on site.
