For the first time in its 40+ year history, the EIMA Annual Meeting will take place in Washington, D.C., March 25–27. Scheduled during the iconic Cherry Blossom season—when the city is at its most vibrant—the 2026 EIMA Annual Meeting offers an exceptional setting for connection, engagement, and industry momentum.
The timing couldn’t be more strategic. As federal energy, sustainability, and housing policies increasingly shape the built environment, EIMA is strengthening its presence where those decisions are made.
