Eagleview Launches AI Engine Powered by 25+ Years of Verified Property Intelligence
New GeoAI Platform Uses Aerial Imagery and Property Data to Streamline Roofing, Inspection and Maintenance Workflows

Eagleview announced the launch of Eagleview Horizon, a new agentic geospatial intelligence (GeoAI) engine designed to help contractors, insurers, property managers and government agencies analyze property data and streamline decision-making workflows.
Built on the company’s Eagleview One platform, Eagleview Horizon combines proprietary aerial imagery, property intelligence and AI-driven analytics into a single interface that allows users to explore properties, identify issues and uncover business opportunities. The platform also features agent-to-agent capabilities that enable external AI systems to integrate Eagleview’s geospatial analyses and data directly into their workflows.
“We've spent more than 20 years building the most comprehensive property dataset in the country,” said Piers Dormeyer, CEO of Eagleview. “Eagleview Horizon represents unrivaled advancement in a geospatial intelligence engine.”
For roofing contractors, the platform can generate color-coded canvassing maps identifying aging roofs in storm-affected areas and filter properties by roof type, size, age and condition. Commercial roofers can also use the platform to identify structural changes, conduct inspections more efficiently and pinpoint prospective projects.
Eagleview said the platform includes more than 20 tools and multiple Model Context Protocol integrations that support workflows involving property identification, filtering, scoring and exporting data within a single session. The company said Horizon is designed to help users identify opportunities they may not have previously considered by combining Eagleview’s imagery and property intelligence with external and customer-owned datasets.
The company said the platform is intended to support industries representing more than $1 trillion in annual U.S. economic activity, including insurance, construction, property management and government assessment services.
“Identifying prospects for roofing projects used to take hours and required bouncing between three or four different tools and technology platforms,” said Bert Hess, CEO of Florida Roofing and Gutters. “Eagleview Horizon does this in one place and does it better.”
Eagleview Horizon will be available by invitation only beginning June 1 through the Eagleview One platform. Interested users can join the waitlist at eagleview.com/horizon.
