Lafarge acquires New York aggregate and concrete producers

Larfarge Corp. has purchased the assets of Buffalo, N.Y.-based Pine Hill Materials Corp. and American Ready-Mix Concrete Corp.
“The addition of these sand-and-gravel and ready-mix concrete operations in western New York is consistent with Lafarge’s long-term growth plans,” said President and CEO John Piecuch, Lafarge Corp.
