The Quality Control Kit consists of a Plexiglas surface, a 1-quart container, a stir stick, a ruler and an instruction folder for patty and cubes. The Patty Test consists of pouring a sample of the mixed Hacker Floor Underlayment from the end of the installation hose into the cup. After the sample is gently stirred, it is poured into a cylinder that is held on a level Plexiglas surface. The cylinder is removed allowing the floor underlayment to mix to flow out the bottom, forming a round patty on the Plexiglas. The resulting patty size, once measured with a ruler, shows if the product is mixed according to product specifications.
