The company's Drywall Rasp #438 uses a metal mesh with slots that won't load or clog. Makes trimming, smoothing and sanding that much easier. Rasp quickly smoothes and rounds complex cutouts to fit drywall around obstructions. Mesh cutting surface measures 6 1/4 inches by 2 1/4 inches. The tool has a smooth varnished hardwood handle that is comfortable to hold, easy to use.
