Gold Wall is an EPS foam insulation product from Plymouth Foam Inc. It is made with galvanized steel furring strips embedded directly in the panel, and a polymeric laminate applied to each side. The patented process saves up to 35 percent on installation time and labor costs from the traditional three-step, on-site process of Z-furring, panel installation and vapor barrier application. It also eliminates thermal bridging to deliver 14 percent better R-Value than standard Z-furring and XPS panel systems. Recent projects include Target, Kohls, Marriott Suites, Sheraton and Lambeau Field.
