The Maxial Track Hoist is ideal for confined spaces in interior and exterior applications where frame or systems scaffolding is used. The system's durable and lightweight design is easy to transport and can be assembled quickly with no tools. Its aluminum track weighs 3 pounds per foot, and is available in lengths of 3 feet, 3 inches, 6 feet, 6 inches and 9 feet, 9 inches, and features a lifting capacity of 450 pounds. It is equipped with upper and lower limit switches, an electromagnetic disc brake, and universal carriage-locking device in the event of cable breakage. A hand-held pendant is also included with the controller, for added safety. In addition, the hoist uses Kwik bolts to secure track sections together and clamps to anchor track to buildings or scaffold. Its reliable hoisting unit incorporates a voltmeter to signal insufficient power and LED to inform operator of motor status.
