National Gypsum Co. recently announced the availability of www.ngc4me.com, the company’s secure customer-service Web site. The site, which made its debut on a trial basis late last year, offers information for gypsum dealers, supply yards and mass merchandisers. The site can be customized to meet the individual needs of customers seeking information. The features enable users to:
• Retrieve order status information by purchase order, job number or invoice number.
• Cross reference customer product descriptions with National Gypsum product descriptions.
• Get immediate pricing information or check pricing based on a specific date.
• View and print documents.
• Get up-to-date credit information.
• Convert product prices to thousands of square feet or truckloads with custom reporting and more.
