The company introduces the 32618, 18-volt 3/8-inch Compact-Tough drill/driver. With its 2.0 A-h battery, the new 18-volt tool outperforms the competition with 63 percent more battery capacity, which translates into much longer run time. This tool also outperforms the competition when comparing durability. Similar to the Bosch Brute-Tough line of drill/drivers, the 32618 also withstands a one-story (10 feet) drop onto concrete. Each drill/driver, compatible with all other 18-volt tools in the cordless line, comes equipped with a 16-position clutch, variable speed soft-grip trigger and a bit holder for magnetic tips or double ended bits. Standard equipment includes two batteries, a one-hour charger and a carrying case. The 18-volt model also delivers speeds up to 1,300 rpm.
