The Essick MSE-1 mini-sprayer is engineered for the application of textures, full and simulated acoustics, fireproofing and grout. The material pump delivers volume production all day making it ideal for the small- to medium-sized jobs that require work in a confined space or in areas with limited access. The mini sprayer has a 24-gallon hopper capacity and a rugged frame fabricated from 12-gauge steel for added strength and durability. Its designed IL3 rotor and stator delivers up to 3 gallons of material with easy access pump cleanout. Sealed bearings on the drive shaft ensure a maintenance-free long life. A 3/4-horsepower single phase, 110V Baldor electric motor powers the mini sprayer while the unit's air compressor operates at 10 psi, 9 cfm. It comes complete with 25 feet of 1-inch material hose and a 36-inch finishing nozzle, one 1/2-inch and one 5/16-inch orifice tips. It weighs 175 pounds with available options of a 3/4-inch material hose, a stainless steel hopper with extension, a hose extension kit and bypass valve.
