All-Wall Equipment Co. Inc. announced on Sept. 10 that it acquired Nevada Drywall Tool and Supply, R.J. Tool Co. (also known as TapingTools.com), and also opened a 13,000 square-foot facility in Las Vegas.
The all-cash acquisition of R. J. Tool Co. provides continued momentum to the expansion of All-Wall’s contractor service division, according to All-Wall President Jason Weiler. “We are pleased to continue our expansion and look forward to serving our newest customers,” he said.

All-Wall’s new 13,000-square-foot facility in Las Vegas is located near the city’s famous “strip” on Valley View Blvd., and houses a retail store, distribution and service center and is “designed to offer unprecedented customer service and support,” said Weiler. “My father opened our first store in Kirkland, Wash. in 1991, and it has been a great success. Now we are thrilled to open our second store in Las Vegas. With outstanding service and an amazing location open to the public, we think All-Wall Las Vegas is going to be a favorite among Nevada’s premier contractors.”
The new store offers All-Wall’s complete inventory of nearly 4,000 items for drywall, paint, and related areas. The facility contains a fully functional repair and service center for automatic taping tools, and boasts a large inventory of replacements parts and maintenance kits, including Blue Line USA, Columbia Taping Tools, Drywall Master Tools, Northstar Tools, TapeTech, and other brands.
All-Wall was founded in 1991 by Jeff Weiler, a 35-year veteran of the drywall industry. The firm distributes drywall tools and spray equipment and is headquartered in Kirkland, Wash.
