The Oneida Air Systems Dust Cobra has just been certified a full unit HEPA vacuum and it meets EPA RRP requirements including lead. The Cobra has three-times the air performance of most shop vacuums and its high efficiency cyclonic separation captures 99 percent of the dust before it reaches the HEPA filter. This helps to eliminate filter clogging. It also comes with an internal Filter Pulse Cleaning bar that lets you clean your filter during operation with a few pushes without removing the filter. Its standard size HEPA Cleanstream filter can be bought in most big box stores. It runs on 110V and has an optional cart for portability. It weighs in at approximately 50 pounds. A certificate for contractors is included with every unit.
